How to make Tofu Vegetables Noodle Soup?


 I feel watery in my mouth by seeing above, do you feel so? If yes, then I am going to share with you How to make (it) tasty  Tofu Vegetables Noodle Soup. 
Let us see ingredients  First-
  • Mushroom fresh => 100 gm
  • Water chestnuts => 30gm
  • Bamboo shoot=>30gm
  • Carrot, precooked =>100gm
  • Brocolli =>50gm
  • Spinach=>300gm
  • Pokchoy=>100gm
  • Silken tofu=>250gm
  • Garlic pods, crushed =>10gm
  • Ginger, chopped=>10gm
  • Sichuan sauce=>30gm
  • Sesame oil=>2teaspoon
  • Soya sauce=>1tbsp
  • Corn flour=>to thicken
  • Vegetable stock or water=>400ml
Noodles=>200gm

Now, let us see methods of preparation 
  • Firstly, make a vegetable stock with onion, tomato,celery peppers and carrot. 

  • Now, bring it to boil and strain the liquid or alternatively use water and add the following - ginger, garlic, sichuan sauce, soya sauce, sesame oil and chilli oil. 

  • Add the vegetables and noodles and simmer on the induction pan for about 7-10 minutes to cook them. 
           Add the spinach, pokchoy,and simmer.             till  done, Serve hot.   

Note - To thicken the soup, add corn flour mixed in water and stir and give one boil and serve.
