How to make Tofu Vegetables Noodle Soup?

Let us see ingredients First-
- Mushroom fresh => 100 gm
- Water chestnuts => 30gm
- Bamboo shoot=>30gm
- Carrot, precooked =>100gm
- Brocolli =>50gm
- Spinach=>300gm
- Pokchoy=>100gm
- Silken tofu=>250gm
- Garlic pods, crushed =>10gm
- Ginger, chopped=>10gm
- Sichuan sauce=>30gm
- Sesame oil=>2teaspoon
- Soya sauce=>1tbsp
- Corn flour=>to thicken
- Vegetable stock or water=>400ml

Now, let us see methods of preparation
- Firstly, make a vegetable stock with onion, tomato,celery peppers and carrot.
- Now, bring it to boil and strain the liquid or alternatively use water and add the following - ginger, garlic, sichuan sauce, soya sauce, sesame oil and chilli oil.
- Add the vegetables and noodles and simmer on the induction pan for about 7-10 minutes to cook them.
Note - To thicken the soup, add corn flour mixed in water and stir and give one boil and serve.
