Top 10 health suggestion how to stay fit & healthy during Lockdown
#. Friends, due to covid-19 we are all in Lockdown now days. We all had a to-do list for our dailly lives bt now we are at home and there is now option for outdoor.also we are not habitat to stay at home for weeks per weeks.
At this situation there is most important thing is to stay fit & healthy ,mentally & physically.
So,my
friends here i am trying to present 10 tricks or way to stay fit &
healthy during Lockdown in India and all over the world.
1. Set a daily routine:- set a daily routine and try to follow it, because discipline makes things easy or
better.all your to-do list in home like work from home,taking
food,sleep,fun time,gardening etc. Put in a time frame and relax.also
plan a different weekend theme to boost up your energy for your daily
routine.
2.Taking
healthy food:- At this time your health condition is matter then
anything.so to stay healthy make sure that your nutrition consumption
habit is good.getting one time breakfast, two time meals & one time
fruits if possible.try to avoid crispy,oily,spices food.avoid unhealthy
consumption of alcohol.
3.Exercise:-
Definitely set a time slot on your daily routine for lite exercise. At
this time slot you will doing some heavy or lite exercise
like-yoga,aerobic, weight lifting, cycling etc. If you are garden lover
then watering it,clean it every day that also help you to stay fit
&healthy.
4.Spending
time with your family:- Lockdown bring to us many problems bt it also
bring a superior time to stay 24x7 with our family.at this time remove
all distance or misunderstanding from your family members. give them
time,concentrate on their emotion, participate with their all
fun,rebuild & upgrade your family bonding.
5.Explore
himself and have fun:- I already tell you all that Lockdown bring to us
lot of time. So fixed a exploring time on your daily routine. except
the professional work you will have definitely some other talent or
hobby's. so this is the time to explore himself in a new way or field
like- writing,watching movies,gardening,cooking,dancing,singing,painting
etc.
6.Get
in touch:- At this situation we can't plan vacation,party's,relatives
meet, so get in touch through digital medium like-
chatting,calling,video chatting etc. we can arrange virtual party,group
study,singing competition etc. so get in touch with your friends,
relatives, office colleague, teacher, neighbour with virtual medium.
7.Stay
away from rumor:- This is you most valuable duty during Lockdown. get
in touch day by day or hour by hour news bt always consume true or right
news and before you deliver any news to other understand the news
source or its value. don't spread rumor & don't consume rumor that
will make you happy & healthy during this time.
8.Spreading
awareness:- Follow & spread covid-19 awareness guideline is
essential for your health during home isolation. so follow the awareness
guideline and spread it all your family members, friends, neighbor
also & make life safe & healthy.
9.Try
to set your mind calm & focusing:-All your daily work will be done
smoothly if your mind and mental condition stay calm & clear. that
why you will practicing meditation, listening stress free music or
motivational talk.
10.
Consult doctor or govt. helpline no. if needed:- If you or anyone near
you feeling sick then urgently consult a doctor. if any emergency
ccame in you can call govt. helpline no. they are all time ready for
your emergency medical service.
